It stretches to a challenging 7,395 yards from the championship tees, with forward tees available for more casual play. The relatively flat course is enhanced by heavy bunkering on most holes, creating engaging challenges for golfers of all levels.

The front nine holes offer scenic views of the Saigon River on the right side, while the signature holes, 9 and 18, present memorable challenges. The 9th hole is a long par-4, and the 18th is a dogleg par-5, both playing near the clubhouse with a distinctive shared bunker between their greens.

The large clubhouse anchors both residential and commercial developments nearby. Golfers can enjoy elegant locker rooms with spa and sauna facilities, two restaurants serving local Vietnamese and Korean cuisine, and a well-stocked pro shop. Although the course lacks a driving range, the overall experience offers a blend of luxury and unique location.
