Alpine Golf & Sports Club is widely regarded as one of Thailand’s top-rated golf courses and a premier golfing destination in Asia. Designed by renowned American golf course architect Ronald M. Garl, this exclusive 18-hole, par 72 course stretches 7,044 yards and offers a challenging and beautifully sculpted playing experience. Alpine proudly hosted the prestigious Johnnie Walker Classic PGA tournaments in 2000 and 2004, with legendary Tiger Woods winning the 2000 event.

Set in northeast Bangkok along the Outer Ring Road, Alpine Golf & Sports Club stands out for its dramatic elevation changes, undulating fairways, and fast, lightning-quick greens, making it the most challenging golf layout in the Bangkok region. What was once flat rice paddy fields has been transformed into a lush parkland course with large stately trees, water hazards, and beach-style bunkers protecting key holes such as the par-3 3rd and 12th. The 7th and 11th holes are especially notable, featuring island greens that demand precision and strategic play.

Golfers should note that most greens slope from back to front, so keeping the ball below the hole is crucial for better scoring. Fairway and approach shots require accuracy to avoid costly penalties from water hazards and dense jungle lining many holes.
